Basic knowledge about the installation of magnetic flap level gauge
The magnetic flap level gauge
should not be surrounded by magnetically conductive substances, nor should it be fixed with iron wire, because the above operations will affect to the normal operation of the magnetic flap level gauge. The magnetic flap level gauge must be installed vertically when installed, because a ball valve should be installed between the magnetic flap level gauge and the container lead pipe to facilitate maintenance and cleaning.
When users use heat tracing pipelines, they must use non-magnetic conductive materials, such as copper tubes. The temperature of the heating needs to be determined according to the condition of the medium. Before using the magnetic flap level gauge, you should use a calibration magnet to set the small ball below zero to red and the other balls to white. The measured medium does not contain solid impurities or magnetic substances.
When opening the bottom flange of the magnetic flap level gauge, a magnetic float must be installed. The user is reminded to note that the heavy end with the magnetic end is not facing upwards and cannot be flipped upside down. For liquid level gauges that exceed a certain length, it is necessary to add a middle part and reinforce flanges or ear clips as fixed support points to increase strength and overcome its own weight.
When debugging the magnetic flip plate level gauge, you should first open the upper guide pipe valve, then slowly open the lower valve, so that the medium can enter the main pipe smoothly, and then observe whether the magnetic red and white balls can flip normally. run. Then close the downpipe valve and allow the liquid level in the main pipe to drop when opening the drain valve. If it is normal to operate according to this method three times, it can be put into operation.
